DESCRIPTION:Northwest District O.M.T.A. Music Festival \nThis annual festival is open to all piano students\, and provides an opportunity for hardworking\, well-prepared students to be evaluated against a standard of excellence and encouraged by suggestions for improvement. Each performer will receive a comment sheet\, festival ribbon\, and a certificate for participation in the festival. Recitals will be in one-hour segments.
