About Us
The Studio Connection is an independent music studio devoted to teaching, developing and nurturing a love for music to students of all ages who desire to learn. We offer early childhood music classes (Musikgarten), group lessons for beginning piano (Piano Express), and private lessons for instruments such as piano, voice, guitar, violin, woodwinds and brass. Our musically trained, professionally qualified instructors strive to educate, motivate and guide students to discover and develop their potential as a creative musician.
Our goal is to foster life-long skills and enable students to think critically and independently, working ourselves out of a job as they become musically self-reliant. Recognizing the unique learning style of every individual, we are committed to tailoring a well-rounded curriculum presented in a positive and supportive environment.

Keeping students engaged in making-music is our desire, and we want to see them continue on throughout their whole lifetime.
For young children, we believe in family music-making and giving parents the tools to make quality music at home by offering parent-child classes, called Musikgarten. These classes are very active and loved by all. The crucial window of a child’s maximum musical potential is from birth through age 9 and we want to teach the building-blocks of rhythms, tonal patterns, listening skills and musical expression during that time.
Private and group music classes are foundational and continual education is essential. Some parents see musical potential and want their children to be challenged with learning discipline and commitment in addition to musical skill. Many adults take lessons for their own personal enjoyment or for a particular song they’ve always wanted to play. Regardless of age or experience we are excited to partner with you on your musical journey.
